1. How can I avail of the Builders Loyalty Card?
To avail the Builders Loyalty Card, you have to present your Php10,000.00 worth of single receipt to the Customer Service Counter and fill up the application form. You may claim the card after two weeks from 9am - 6pm, Monday to Saturday at the branch you applied at.
2. What kind of credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept all Major Credit Cards including international credit cards.
3. What are the modes of payments offered in your store?
We have Cash, Checks and Cards (Credit or Debit)
4. Can I do online ordering?
No, but you can get a price quotation for products.
5. Do you have free delivery? And how many days will it take?
Yes, we have. If you purchased for a minimum of Php5,000.00 you may avail of our free delivery just within metro Cebu (please be informed that our delivery is subject for schedule 2 - 3 working days from the date of purchase).
6. How much is the delivery charge for a specific location?
The minimum delivery rate is Php500.00 (within metro Cebu) and Special Trip (Minglanilla to Talisay) is Php6,000.00. Delivery charge outside of the city has a specific amount depending on their travel distance.
7. Where are your branches located?
Banilad, Mactan, Pardo, Consolacion.
8. What are your Store Operating Hours?
Store operating hourse will be from Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 7:00pm and Sundays 9:00 to 5:00pm. Store is also open during Holidays session.
9. Do you sell furniture or office tables?
Yes, we have furniture and office tables. You can visit us at Living 'n Style 2nd floor of Parkmall.
10. How can I apply for a Credit Account?
Simply approach the Customer Service Counter and ask for an application form. Once you're done filling the form and comply with all the requirements, you can give this to your salesman and let him submit to our Credit & Collection Department for processing.
11. Do you have a Sale or Promo?
Yes! We have our Anniversary Sale that happens every June and we have our year end sale every November to December.
12. Can I return a purchased item in your store?
Yes, you can return those items. We will accommodate returns of non-defective products based on the specified period, but with corresponding charges. To expedite your transaction, please present your proof of purchase.
13. How many days is your allowance in returning the items?
Sanitary and Tile products can be returned within 30 days. The rest of the products must be returned within 7 days only, from the date of purchase to avoid charges/penalty.
14. How much is the penalty?
Penalty is based from the number of days that lapsed.
1-7 Days - No Deduction
8-30 Days - 10% ON ALL ITEMS (excluding tiles and sanitary wares)
31-60 Days - 15% ON ALL ITEMS and 10% ON TILES & SANITARY WARES.
15. How much is the discount for a specific product when I use my Builders Loyalty Card?
Loyalty Card discounts will depend on the item that you are going to purchase. However, you will be provided with a brochure for your reference on what items are covered with the corresponding discount.
16. How can I avail of VAT exemption?
To avail of VAT Exemption, you should comply with the requirements before doing the transaction. Requirements such as Form 2303, Certificate of Registration, PEZA Registration and Purchased Order.
Note: Requirements stated above are needed for first transaction only. For succeeding transactions, the customer needs to submit the Purchase Order only.
17. What are the reasons for delayed shipments?
1. Cargoes Offload; most of the time, shipments are delayed due to offload.
2. Natural Disaster; Shipping lines are not allowed to travel cargoes when there is weather problem.
3. Lacking of Stock; there are times salesman tends to forgot to follow-up their items specially on stock transfer request from other warehouse.
